Exploring the World of the First Century: Jesus, the Apostles, and the Origins of Christianity
(Reading The Historical Jesus: Reconstructing His Life and the Origins of Christianity)

Do you want to gain a deeper understanding of the society and culture in which Jesus and the apostles lived?
This series will draw on archaeological discoveries and historical sources outside of the New Testament to take us into first-century Judea and the Eastern Mediterranean world. By reconstructing the historical context, we will gain a fuller appreciation of Jesus’ footsteps and the early Christian movement.

We warmly invite you to join us—crossing time and space to uncover the historical foundations of our faith.

Time: 7:00–9:00 p.m.
